Advanced Level Personal Training

It is a specialized programme where the client can choose his personal trainer and get trained by him. The trainer will completely and exclusively assist the client for whatever duration the client stays in the gym.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a great way to combine the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of yoga with vigorous exercise. It includes various Asanas and breathing techniques that give health benefits in general and also over specifically targeted areas.

Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness like flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. It is always performed to music and here it is practiced in a group setting led by an instructor (fitness professional).

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a combination of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, developed from Karate and Western boxing. Kickboxing is useful for self-defence, general fitness and as a contact sport.

Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.
